Changes for the New Year:

-Monday Dec 29th Rainey will be taking over Annie's Monday eve classes- 5:30-7:00 pm Level I and 7:15-8:45 pm Level II.
-Slight time change for Saturday class lineup: Level II, 8:00 am; Level I, 10:00 am; and Gentle, 12 noon.



Solstice Celebration
with world-renowned flautist, Gary Stroutsos.   
Sunday, December 21st

We are delighted and honored to present our friend Gary Stroutsos, an internationally acclaimed musician - World Flautist and Cultural Storyteller--who lives right here in our neighborhood of Seattle. He travels around the world playing flute, and is home for the winter solstice. Please join us in celebration of solstice at Two Dog for an evening of soothing yoga and flute music!

5:00 pm- Walking Meditation- In turn we can each walk the evergreen bough spiral and light a candle while enjoying Gary's calming flute music. Please arrive just before 5pm, if possible.

7:00 pm- Potluck, bring a warm dish or finger food to share and a plate and silverware. Children welcome!

$5-20 donations for Gary and supplies gratefully accepted.

Join Annie for a full circle yoga practice:  Asana, pranayama, and meditation.        
And join us after class for brunch: Kitchari (healthy food for yogis), chai, and other Indian treats.    
Fee: Use punch card, series, or drop-in $16 fee for yoga practice

 

Flexible Minds: Improv for Yogis
With Cynthia Lair
2 Thursdays- 1/8 and 1/15, 7:00-8:30 pm
$30 for both classes, $18 single class drop-in fee

Play time!  Create stories and fabricate facts on your feet and in the moment. Using traditional improvisational theater games, players will have the opportunity to learn how to say yes and go with the flow. Incorporating these practices into your daily life supports mindfulness, listening and having fun.  And don’t we all need to laugh just a little bit more?
