We offer pathways to balance, health and healing through yoga. Seasoned teachers share a breadth of experience that spans the full range of student ability and interest. With roots deeply set in Lake City, Two Dog's classes, concerts and seasonal celebrations provide a warm foundation for a vibrant community.

Monthly Restorative Yoga
Thursdays | 12/3 | 7-8:30 pm | Register
We use props (bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets) to support the body in long held positions, allowing a deeper opening and internal massage of our organs and fascia. Ease and relaxation are an important part of the practice.
Yin Yoga and Meditation
Sundays | 12/6, 1/17, 2/7, 3/6, 4/3, 5/1, 6/5 | 5:30-7 pm | Register
A restorative practice of long held postures with support to relax the body/mind. Followed by a led meditation practice (reclining or sitting options). A deeply nourishing practice for all levels.
Sundays | 12/20, 1/31, 2/21, 3/27, 4/24, 5/22, 6/26 | 5:30-7pm | Register
A practice to cultivate deep relaxation and healing for the nervous system. Classes involve lying down and being guided through a systematic relaxation process.
