Level
1
For beginners seeking to explore and establish a solid foundation
in the basic Hatha Yoga poses. Emphasis is on developing an
understanding of alignment, providing each student with a safe
foundation from which to expand their strength and flexibility.

Level
2
Students with a solid foundation in the basics of asana (poses)
will continue to refine and deepen their experience of Hatha Yoga,
including preparation for backbends and inversions,
and introducing the joy of vinyasa (Flow Yoga).

Level 3
For the experienced student interested in exploring a wide variety of
advanced poses. Backbends, inversions and more challenging
sequences are emphasized.

Gentle
A slow-paced class for students with injuries or physical
restrictions, who want gentle stretching and strengthening
exercises.

All Levels
For the strong beginner through intermediate students, this class will explore all aspects of yoga including pranayama (breath), asanas and meditation in a way that will support the student to engage at their own level of skill and experience.

Level I Qigong
Soaring Crane Qigong Level One. A movement-based meditation form, well-suited for those seeking prevention or recovery, from injury, illness or the tolls of daily life. All abilities welcome.

Level I Qigong Practice Session
Soaring Crane Qigong Level One Practice Session. An opportunity to refine form and deepen theory during a group practice. For those who've taken Beginning Qigong at Two Dog or a Level One training anywhere.
