Policy/Drop- in Policy
If you miss a class during a series, you can make it up by coming to a class offered at another time during the same series if there is space available. Call 367-9608 for information.
Apparel
Please wear a t-shirt and footless leggings or shorts, so that your knees are visible and your feet are bare. Avoid wearing perfumes or strong scents, and come with an empty stomach.
