Through qigong, I have had a complete resolution of my chronically achy joints, which used to
require daily ibuprofen. I’ve also noticed an improvement in hot flashes and sleep pattern, and even a calmer
mood accompanying me through my workday (this last a real achievement!).

Choosing a Qigong Class at Two Dog
Beginners to Soaring Crane Qigong, even if you know another qigong form, begin with a Level One series , the Remedy Routines series, or special introductory workshops when they're offered. Once you've learned the Level One material (at Two Dog or elsewhere), you're welcome to join the weekly practice sessions and nearby park practices. See Class Descriptions for more info.
Refunds
Refunds are given if a student is unable to continue attending his/her qigong series due to injury or family-related emergency. The refund must be requested before the first half of the series has been completed. A $15 processing fee will be applied to all refunds.
Makeups
Missed classes can be made up by coming to a class offered at another time during the same series. Check with the instructor to see if space is available.
Qigong Considerations
- Please arrive five minutes before class begins.
- Comfortable clothing of any kind is acceptable. Exercise-wear is not necessary.
- Two Dog is a shoeless studio, although Soaring Crane Qigong can be done in shoes or not. You can bring indoor shoes to class, or use the studio's overshoe booties on your street shoes. Barefeet and stocking feet are fine.
- Please refrain form wearing perfumes or strong essential oils as some students are sensitive to aroma.
We have limited scholarship funds and work exchange opportunities to offer. We will do everything we can to welcome all motivated students regardless of payment.
