Learning Soaring Crane Qigong at Two Dog Yoga has been one of the most wonderful experiences for me! It is a grounding and calming practice that is the perfect antidote to our busy fast-paced lives. When I leave class I feel more balanced and patient. My family and career benefit from this equilibrium. In a nutshell, it is soul food for me.
