ACCOUNTS
What is an arketa account and do I need one?
- "arketa" is the name of the online scheduling and registration system Two Dog uses
- The system is built into several pages on the Two Dog website (Classes/Schedule, Classes/On Demand Videos, Classes/Payment Options, Workshops & Special Events)
- In order to take any class, workshop or special event at Two Dog, you'll need to make an account
- The process is simple and secure
How do I make an account?
- Go to Classes/Schedule
- Click the LOGIN button
- In the box that appears, next to "Don't have an account?" click Sign Up
- In the next box that appears, add your name, email and password
- The LOGIN button turns into a circle with your first initial; click on it and choose Profile to upload a picture and other details about yourself
How can I see what's in my account?
- Go to Classes/Schedule
- Click the LOGIN button to sign in
- Once signed in, click on the circle with your first initial or profile picture if you've added one
- Choose Bookings to see what classes you've registered for or cancelled, or to cancel a class
- Choose Purchases to see what payment plans you've purchased, or to cancel one
- Choose Account to add to or change your account profile and details
CLASSES
How do I sign up for a class?
- Go to the Classes/Schedule page
- Find a class you want to take by scrolling or using one of the filters
- Click the Sign Up button
- Choose a Payment Option and enter credit card info (you'll be prompted to sign into your account if you haven't already)
- If you already have a Payment Option or credit, it will be marked with a Gold Star; if not, choose a Payment Option and enter your credit card data
- Click on the Reserve My Spot button
How do I start my class when it's time to begin?
- Option #1: Register for the class a few minutes before start time and click the LAUNCH CLASS button directly from the registration screen
- Option #2: Click on the CLASS LINK button in your confirmation email or reminder email (which arrives 45 minutes prior to class
- Option #3: On the Two Dog website, if you're logged into your account, click on the circle with your first initial or profile picture; click on Bookings, then copy the Zoom link for the class into your browser
Can I use a prior Zoom link or bookmark it for this week's class?
- Each class at Two Dog now uses its own unique Zoom link, so it is not possible to bookmark a link or use one from a prior class
How and when do I cancel a class I've signed up for?
- You must cancel a class reservation BEFORE CLASS BEGINS for a refund; refunds will be returned to the account (punch card, credit card) used for purchase
- Go to the Classes/Schedule page on the Two Dog website
- Login if needed
- Click on your account (the circle with your initial or profile picture on the right)
- Choose Bookings
- Click the Cancel button next to the class you want to cancel
How do I purchase a class, workshop, or special event?
- Go to the Classes/Schedule or Workshops & Special Events
- Find the event you want to register for and click Sign Up
- If you have not already, choose a Payment Option and enter credit card info (you'll be prompted to sign into your account if you haven't already)
- If you have a Payment Option already purchased (Single, Class Pack or Unlimited Monthly) apply it to classes; or add your credit card info for workshops
- Click Reserve My Spot
Can I sign up for or take a class using a mobile device?
- arketa is developing apps right now for iOS and Android; we'll make an announcement when they're ready for Two Doggers to use
- You can login to the Two Dog Yoga website on your phone and register for classes
- If you have a Zoom app on your mobile device, you can launch a class directly from your confirmation email
Can I still come to class if I'm late?
- As long as you have signed up for a class before it starts, you can enter the class up until 10 minutes into class time
- If you know you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, you can make special arrangements with your teacher
IN-PERSON CLASSES
What COVID precautions does the studio take?
- Classes in Little Dog are held with windows open, an air filter running, and a maximum of 6 masked students in the space.
- Classes in Big Dog take the same precautions, with a maximum of 20 students.
- Rapid testing prior to an in-person class is optional and much appreciated.
Is wearing a mask required?
- Masks are required for students and teachers at all times in the studio.
- N95, KN95 or KN94 masks are recommended.
Where is the studio located?
- Two Dog uses two studios. Both are in the Lake City neighborhood of Seattle. When you register for an in-person class, the specific location and street address will be included in your confirmation email.

Can I pay by check?
- Head to the bottom of the Payment Options page for details
How do I cancel my Unlimited Monthly so it does not autorenew?
- Go to Classes/Schedule, Classes/On Demand Videos, Payment Options or Workshops & Special Events
- Click the LOGIN button to sign in
- Once signed in, click on the circle with your first initial or profile picture if you've added one
- Choose Purchases
- Click on the three dots to the right of the Unlimited Monthly Subscription to modify/cancel
Can I purchase a Gift Card for someone?
- Yes! For any amount you choose: go to the Fees/Info page and scroll to find the Gift Card option
ON DEMAND VIDEOS
Can I use my Unlimited Monthly Subscription or a Class Pack to watch an on demand video?
- The only way to purchase a video at this time is to pay $10 by entering your credit card information
- However, at this time, anyone who purchases an unlimited monthly subscription gets coupons to watch 2 videos /month, as a bonus - details are in the email you received when you purchased the subscription
- As the video library expands, we will be adding more payment options and packages
Can I share my video rental with a friend or relative during my 36-hr watch period?
- If someone is in your room with you when you watch, that's fine
- The video can only be watched through your personal arketa account, so it cannot be shared with others
Can I purchase a video to own and watch indefintely?
- Not at this time. If this is something you'd like, email the studio and let us know.
EXTENSIONS & EXPIRATION DATES
How do I know when my 4-Class Pack or 16-Class Pack is due to expire?
- Go to Classes/Schedule (or any other page with an arketa login)
- Click the LOGIN button to sign in
- Once signed in, click on the circle with your first initial or profile picture if you've added one
- Click on Purchases to view the expiration date for any Class Pack you have
- Mark your calendar!
- Every time you sign up for a class, you will see how many punches you have remaining
- 4-Class Packs expire 45 days (6 weeks) from the date of purchase; 16-Class Packs expire 6 months from date of purchase
Can I get an extension on my class pack or get a pause on my unlimited monthly subscription?

Extensions for expiration dates may be granted on a case-by-case. Similarly, pausing an unlimited subscription may be possible. Email Annie with your payment option (e.g. Unlimited Monthly, Taste of Two Dog, 4-Class Pack, 16-Class Pack), the reasons for your request and the extension you propose.
